Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Appliance Priority Solutions · Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy govern your use of this website (the “Website”), operated by Appliance Priority Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to both. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Part I — Terms of Service
1. What this website is
The Website is an informational resource describing our appliance repair services and providing our contact details. You may submit a repair request through the forms on this Website; doing so opens your email application and sends us the details you have entered. You cannot purchase parts or make a payment through the Website. Nothing on the Website is an offer to perform work, a quotation, or a binding agreement, and submitting a request does not by itself create one. A service relationship is created only when we speak with you directly and expressly agree to perform specific work.
2. Diagnostic fee, pricing, and workmanship warranty
We charge an $89 diagnostic and trip fee to inspect the appliance and identify the problem. This fee is credited in full toward the repair if you authorize the work. If you decline the repair, the $89 is retained as payment for the diagnostic visit. We confirm the total cost with you before work begins and do not add labor charges that were not disclosed in advance. Any price or estimate shown on the Website is approximate and depends on the appliance, diagnosis, parts availability, and labor required.
We warrant our workmanship and the parts we install for ninety (90) days from completion of the repair. This covers the specific repair performed. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage from misuse, accident, power surges, improper installation by others, normal wear, or appliances we did not repair. To make a claim, call us at 470-549-1459 within the warranty period.
3. Contacting us by phone and text
By calling us or giving us your telephone number, you consent to receive return calls and text messages from us about your inquiry, estimate, or scheduled service. These messages are transactional, not promotional. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or tell us during any call.
4. Accuracy and safety
We work to keep the Website accurate but do not warrant that its content is complete, correct, or current. Any repair guidance or troubleshooting information is general and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis. Do not attempt repairs on gas, high-voltage, or sealed refrigeration systems yourself.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape it by automated means, or republish its content without our written permission. All Website content is owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer and brand names appear solely to identify the appliances we service and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLIANCE PRIORITY SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.
This section concerns the Website only. It does not limit or affect the 90-day workmanship warranty described in Section 2. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Website or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the remainder will stay in force.
Part II — Privacy Policy
8. What we collect
The Website does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not request government identifiers, biometric data, or health information.
When you call us at 470-549-1459, we collect the information needed to schedule and perform a repair: your name, service address, phone number, and a description of the appliance and problem. You may also choose to give us an email address.
The Website also has repair request forms on the homepage and on the Book Online page. These ask for your name, phone number, city, address, the appliance, and a description of the fault. They do not transmit anything to us on their own: submitting one opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing is sent unless you send it. We then hold that information for the same purposes described in Section 9.
Our host records standard technical information for security and reliability, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
9. How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide an estimate, schedule and perform service, order parts, invoice you, follow up on completed work, keep the Website operating correctly, and protect against fraudulent or abusive traffic. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you.
10. Cookies and analytics
This Website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or visitor-tracking analytics. There is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner, because nothing is being collected in your browser.
The Website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and its service-area map from OpenStreetMap. Requesting those files tells those providers your IP address and browser type, as any request to any server does. They are used to deliver the font and map only. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
11. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, telephone service, and invoicing software — and then only as needed; with parts suppliers, limited to what is necessary to order a specific part; and when required by law, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect our legal rights or anyone's safety. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
12. Retention and security
We keep service records and invoices as long as needed to provide our services, honor the workmanship warranty, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements. Server logs are retained briefly by our platform and then discarded. We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Your rights and children's privacy
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our obligation to retain certain business records. Contact us at applianceprioritysolutions@gmail.com or 470-549-1459. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request. The Website is intended for adults arranging appliance repair. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms or this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
